ibis budget Surabaya Diponegoro

We booked this place at very last mins due to got scammed with other accommodation so it was reliable because of the big chain name of the hotel. The room was comfortable and reasonable location

Location is good

No pressing service or iron.End up wearing same hijab for 3days

The hotel provides value for money, as it is cheap and you are given a nicely decorated, simple room. In our twin room, the beds were quite small and very close together, and the room was small but there was still enough room for us to put our bags and hang up some clothes. The location is alright, it was about a 10/15 minute car/scooter ride from the centre.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and more soap could have been provided, there was only one soap dispenser in the shower and it was almost empty. The towels and bedding could have been cleaner too, as there were some stains and they didn't smell super fresh.

the place is comfortable, the AC is cold

I have installed a do not disturb plate but my door is still knocked

The staff are friendly and the water temperature is perfect. Also the location is excellent

The room is too small and the towels are very rough

excellent location. room was fairly clean and comfortable. surprisingly quite spacious all things considered. i was able to store my bags pre and post stay without problem.

a few small stains on the sheet and pillowcases. i think they didn't use softening agent to wash their towels because it was pretty rough

Our room was ready before the check in time and as we were there early they let us check in. There's no fridge in rooms so staff let us put our bottles of water in the main fridge. The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great.

Based on a main road so difficult to walk anywhere, needed to get taxis to restaurants and shops.

It’s new, clean, and the color of interior is modern

Maybe i missed the information on the room description, but the hotel requires payment for hotel’ sandals, and provided water when checked in.

Bed was comfy

Not very clean, quite run-down

Very basic room but it was clean and the bed was one of the comfiest we have slept in during our entire Indonesia trip. Good for a night or 2 stopover.

The shower screen didn't seal properly so every shower flooded the bathroom floor. Alot of Indonesia bathrooms are wet rooms so we were used to the idea but thought it would be different with a screen in place.

city light surabayanya bagus banget, it’s compact and clean. i love how ramah the stuff is. Thankyou ibis budget surabaya !
